When you arrive at the olympic games as player or coach it is such a special moment. But as a coach of a country like spain you have to have all other aspects in mind to make sure you keep the focus. There are three different kind of athlets when you come to the olympic village and you can feel them. We are going to destroy our sport when we as coaches, players and clubs are out of the communication and collaboration with the LEN and the FINA. Everybody has to work together in order to have big tournaments with the best possible teams the the best players.
